Returns & Exchanges

At Zühre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all security tags and labels still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Zühre account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging along with the completed return form and the invoice included in your original shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
